Description:
Flux-coated solder performs are the physical combination of solder performs and solid  flux.  With  this  product,  flux  operation can  be  removed  for  customers.  Flux coating  can  be  used  on  different  shapes  of  solder  performs  to  get  a  uniform and quantitative flux coat.

The flux used is identified as ROL0/ROL1 by IPC J-STD-004, which can be used in no-clean process. And since the content of flux is accurately controlled, the residue after reflow can be largely reduced.
